Job Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional service to our customers. You'll resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience across various channels (phone, email, chat).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Customers: Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly via phone, email, or chat.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose problems, provide solutions, and escalate when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Offer accurate product/service information and support.
- Documentation: Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure effective problem-solving.
Skills & Qualifications:

- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Empathy: Friendly and patient with customers.
- Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus.
