Job Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional service to our customers. You'll resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience across various channels (phone, email, chat).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Customers: Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly via phone, email, or chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose problems, provide solutions, and escalate when necessary.
  • Product Knowledge: Offer accurate product/service information and support.
  • Documentation: Record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure effective problem-solving.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Empathy: Friendly and patient with customers.
  • Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus.
