About the Role: We're looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Associate to help drive our growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and supporting our sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make an impact and advance their career in business development!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Sales Support: Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales strategies.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Track performance, contribute to business development plans, and report on progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Skills: Strong communication, research, and organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Bonus: Industry experience or familiarity with lead-generation tools is a plus!
  • Work Ethics: Willing to try different things and getting the things done!
